Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Maharashtra, India. This role oversees daily operations related to installation, monitoring, and maintenance of irrigation and fertigation systems, ensuring that projects are executed on time and according to quality standards.

The Operations

Supervisor coordinates field teams, assigns tasks, monitors performance, and ensures work safety and compliance with company procedures. This position involves tracking operational metrics, identifying process improvements, resolving in office issues,



and reporting progress to management. The role also includes regular communication with customers, aligning operational activities with client requirements and supporting after-sales service.
