Role Description The Operational Director is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Surat Area, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations at Burly Sinks’ manufacturing and distribution facilities. This position manages daily production activities, monitors process efficiency, and ensures adherence to quality, safety, and sustainability standards. The role includes leading cross-functional teams, optimizing resource allocation, managing budgets, and implementing operational improvement initiatives.

The Operational

Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align operations with business goals and will work with customer-facing teams to maintain high levels of service, on-time delivery, and product reliability.



Regular responsibilities also include performance tracking, risk assessment, and the development of standardized procedures to support scalable growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Operations Management skills, including process optimization and production planning.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and problem-solving.
