About the RoleBrizSolution Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead who can take ownership of end-to-end application development, architecture, and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in React.js, .NET / .NET Core, and Python, along with the ability to design scalable applications, lead complex technical initiatives, solve challenging engineering problems, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

We are looking for a professional who combines strong coding skills with architectural thinking, problem-solving abilities, project ownership, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications.
- Build modern, responsive, and reusable front-end components using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Develop robust back-end services, RESTful APIs, and enterprise applications using .NET, .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Develop applications, backend services, automation scripts, and integrations using Python.
- Design and optimize relational databases, write efficient SQL queries, and ensure data integrity.
- Define application architecture, technical standards, coding practices, and reusable development patterns.
- Manage the complete software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement reliable solutions.
- Integrate third-party APIs, external services, authentication mechanisms, and enterprise systems.
- Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and promote clean code,



testability, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and development processes.
- Take ownership of technical delivery, resolve dependencies, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.

Required Technical SkillsFront-End Development

- Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with React Hooks, Context API, Redux, reusable components, and front-end performance optimization.
- Understanding of responsive design, browser compatibility, and modern UI development practices.

Back-End Development — .NET

- Extensive hands-on experience with C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, authentication, authorization, and application security.
- Experience with Entity Framework Core, dependency injection, middleware, and backend architecture.

Python Development

- Strong proficiency in Python for application development, backend services, automation, and integrations.
- Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Understanding of Python-based API development, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.

Database & Data Management

- Solid experience with SQL Server and relational database design.
- Expertise in query optimization, stored procedures, indexing, and database performance tuning.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL,



MySQL, or NoSQL databases is an advantage.

Architecture, Cloud & DevOps

- Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and secure software architectures.
- Knowledge of microservices, design patterns, distributed systems, and system integration.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and production deployments.
- Understanding of unit testing, integration testing, application monitoring, and secure coding practices.

Experience & Leadership Requirements
- 10–15 years of overall experience in software development and full-stack engineering.
- Proven experience delivering complex, production-grade applications.
- Strong hands-on development capability across front-end and backend technologies.
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of technical solutions and delivery.
- Experience guiding developers, reviewing code, and making sound technical decisions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in enterprise application development and system modernization.
- Exposure to cloud-native applications, automated testing, application security, and AI-powered integrations.
- A track record of improving application performance, reliability, and engineering productivity.
