Role Description

This is a part-time remote role (evenings) for an Occupational Therapist at Sounderic. You will conduct online assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide virtual therapy sessions for children and adults with diverse functional and communication needs. Responsibilities include collaborating with families and caregivers to support carryover of strategies at home, documenting session notes and progress reports, and updating plans of care as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, intervention planning, and functional outcome measurement.




- Foundational knowledge in Medicine as it relates to therapy, including understanding of common diagnoses, contraindications, and interdisciplinary care.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and colleagues in an online setting.
- Experience or interest in Pediatrics, including working with children and adolescents with developmental, sensory, or learning needs.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution and current licensure/registration as required by local regulations.
- Comfort with telehealth platforms, basic digital literacy, and a reliable internet connection for remote service delivery.
