Role Description The NAPS role at Hyatt Raipur is a full time, on-site position based in Raipur. The role involves supporting daily hotel operations, coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth service delivery, and assisting in guest services as required.

Responsibilities may include maintaining records, handling basic administrative tasks, responding to internal and guest queries, and ensuring adherence to hotel standards and procedures. The role requires proactive communication, efficient time management, and a commitment to upholding Hyatt’s service quality and hospitality values.





Qualifications

- Ability to handle routine administrative tasks, maintain documentation, and follow standardized processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with guests professionally.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to support daily operations and ensure accuracy in records and reporting.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and the ability to learn hotel systems.
- Customer-service orientation with a positive, professional demeanor and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur in a full-time schedule, including weekends and shifts as required by hotel operations.
- Prior experience in hospitality or a service-focused role is an advantage.
