Role Description The Medical Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Medical

Consultant will collaborate with business and clinical stakeholders to provide medical expertise that informs operational strategies, service design, and staffing solutions. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting medical data, advising on clinical workflows, and offering guidance on best practices in patient care and safety. The role involves working closely with physicians and healthcare teams to understand their requirements, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to the development of evidence-based protocols.

The Medical

Consultant will also participate in internal meetings,



client consultations, and documentation of recommendations to ensure alignment with regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine with relevant clinical experience; specialization or exposure in Cardiology is an advantage.
- Experience in Emergency Medicine and familiarity with acute care protocols to support high-quality clinical advisory work.
- Demonstrated ability in Working with Physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to translate clinical needs into operational solutions.
- Experience in Training healthcare staff, including developing and delivering medical education or protocol-based training.
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent); postgraduate qualification or board certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of clinical governance, patient safety standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to present complex medical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with non-clinical stakeholders.
