MEP BIM Modellers & MEP Design Engineers
- HVAC BIM Modellers
- Electrical BIM Modellers
- Plumbing / PHE BIM Modellers

Mandatory Software Knowledge
- Revit MEP
- AutoCAD
- Navisworks
- Other relevant BIM and engineering design tools, as applicable to the role
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–15 years of relevant MEP design or BIM modelling experience.
- Solid discipline-specific knowledge of MEP building services.
- Hands-on experience in design, modelling, layouts, and detailed drawings, as applicable to the position.
- Ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection, and project documentation is preferred for modelling roles.
- Familiarity with BS and international standards is an advantage.
- Gulf/UAE project experience will be an added advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering disciplines preferred.
