? Key Responsibilities

Plan & manage Meta Ads campaigns

Optimise campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS & conversions

Manage budgets, audiences, placements & bidding

Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copies & audiences

Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA & ROAS

Manage Meta Pixel, Events, CAPI & UTM tracking

Track leads, web orders & campaign performance

Coordinate with Sales, B2B/B2C, Creative & Content teams

Analyse creative performance & suggest new concepts

Conduct competitor & market analysis

Support Google Ads keyword research

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports

? What We’re Looking For

✅ 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Performance Marketing

✅ Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager

✅ Good analytical & data interpretation skills

✅ Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns

✅ Knowledge of Pixel, CAPI, UTM & conversion tracking

✅ Valuable Excel/Google Sheets skills

✅ Strong communication & coordination skills

✅ Performance & ROI-driven mindset
