- Conduct structured, engaging, and concept-driven online sessions for Mathematics and Science Olympiad preparation.
- Develop solid foundational knowledge and advanced problem-solving skills appropriate to students’ grade levels.
- Prepare students for relevant national and international Olympiads, including SOF IMO, SOF NSO, and other suitable competitions.
- Design lesson plans, practice worksheets, assignments, and mock tests aligned with relevant Olympiad syllabi and examination patterns.
- Introduce students to higher-order thinking questions, logical reasoning, application-based problems, and concepts beyond routine school curricula.
- Explain complex mathematical and scientific concepts through clear explanations, practical examples, and interactive teaching methods.
- Assess student performance, identify learning gaps, and provide personalised feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Track academic progress and maintain consistent communication regarding learning outcomes and areas requiring additional attention.
- Encourage curiosity, independent thinking, scientific reasoning, and a growth-oriented approach to learning.




- Maintain high standards of lesson preparation, punctuality, teaching quality, and professional communication.

Eligibility &

Preferred Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Science, or a relevant subject specialisation.
- Prior teaching experience with students in Grades 6–9, preferably in Olympiad preparation or competitive academic programmes.
- Strong command of mathematical concepts, logical reasoning, and relevant scientific disciplines, including Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Familiarity with Olympiad syllabi, previous-year question papers, and competitive examination patterns.
- The ability to simplify complex concepts while maintaining academic depth and encouraging independent problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students in an online learning environment.
- A student-centric approach focused on conceptual clarity, analytical thinking, and measurable academic progress.
