Key Responsibilities

- Handle RFQs (Request for Quotation) from customers.
- Coordinate with customers for new requirements, inquiries, and quotations.
- Manage customer handling and relationship management.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Quality, NPD, and Purchase for customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers for order status, feedback, and future business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Support business development and achieve assigned marketing targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, RFQs, quotations, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Casting & Machining industry is required.
- Hands-on experience in RFQ handling and customer communication.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical requirements.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
