Role Overview

We are looking for 3 Marketing Executives to promote Bobcat Skid Steer Loaders among real estate developers, builders and construction contractors in Hyderabad, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam. The primary responsibility is to strengthen product recall, maintain customer relationships and generate sales enquiries from ongoing and upcoming construction projects. Key Responsibilities

- Regularly visit residential, commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Build relationships with developers, project managers,



site engineers, contractors and procurement teams.
- Promote Bobcat Skid Steer Loaders and their applications in construction projects.
- Ensure strong product recall among key decision-makers and influencers. Identify upcoming equipment requirements and generate qualified sales leads.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and follow up with the sales team for conversions.
- Maintain a database of active projects, customer contacts and potential opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3+ years of experience in project marketing, technical sales or business development within the real estate and construction industry.
- Experience in HVAC sales, construction elevators, MEP equipment, pumps, compressors, construction equipment or other technical products marketed to real estate projects.
- Existing relationships with builders, developers and project teams.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively and visit construction sites.

Education: Any Graduate / Diploma / Engineering

Preference will be given to candidates with established relationships in the real estate construction industry, irrespective of their previous product category.
