Position title: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Product Management Location: Mumbai Department: Product Management Grade: IL5/IL4 Organizational relationships

Reports to: Head- Product Management Purpose of the Job: The position is responsible for recent product development, obtaining information and managing product performance. Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for product management & new product development.
- Contributing with suggestions and recommendations about enhancing product performance.
- Get the market information / intelligence related to the Mutual fund industry by using all available tools and media.
- Coordinating with Rating agencies for various activities.
- Should have thorough understanding of RMF and Competitors Products.
- Should understand various processes of RMF & those prevalent in the Industry.

Behavioral Competencies:

- Should be a Team player.
- Brief understanding of the SEBI regulations pertaining to Mutual Funds.
- Role Specific Competencies: Brief understanding of the SEBI regulations pertaining to Mutual Funds Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp: MBA with 2-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Financial Products or in similar role.
