Role Description The Manager role at Dawaa Dost is a full time, hybrid position based in Kolkata, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate teams, and ensure that store or functional activities run efficiently and in line with company standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, optimizing processes, resolving operational issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders,



support staff development, and implement initiatives that enhance service quality and cost-effective healthcare delivery. This role also involves reporting on performance, supporting compliance with internal policies, and contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in team leadership, people management, and performance supervision.
- Strong operational management skills, including process optimization and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage customer-facing environments and maintain high service standards.
- Comfort with using digital tools, data, and reports to drive decisions and improvements.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in retail, pharmacy, healthcare, or affordable healthcare initiatives is an advantage.
- Capacity to work in a hybrid setup in Kolkata, with adaptability to both on-site and remote work.
