Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Litigation and Real Estate Lawyer. The role involves handling civil litigation matters, including property disputes, insurance-related claims, and property damage cases, from initial assessment through final resolution.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing pleadings, notices, agreements, and real estate documents; conducting legal research; preparing case strategies; and appearing before appropriate courts and authorities. The lawyer will liaise with clients to understand objectives, provide clear legal advice, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective case management.



The role also includes staying updated on relevant legislation, regulations, and case law, and contributing to internal knowledge development and best practices.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in core Law, including knowledge of statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to civil and real estate matters.
- Experience in Civil Litigation and Litigation, covering case strategy, drafting, evidence preparation, and court appearances.
- Understanding of Insurance law and claim-related issues, including policy interpretation and dispute resolution.
- Expertise in Property Damage and real estate-related disputes, including title issues, contract breaches, and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution; LL.M or specialized courses in litigation or real estate law are an advantage.
- Valid license to practice law and enrollment with the relevant Bar Council.
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently.
- Effective client communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative approach to working in cross-functional legal teams.
- Prior experience in a law firm environment, particularly in litigation and real estate or corporate disputes, is highly beneficial.
