Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lifeguard role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. The Lifeguard will monitor the swimming pool area to ensure guest safety, maintain constant vigilance, and respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents.

Responsibilities include enforcing pool rules, providing clear guidance to guests, conducting regular water safety checks, and performing basic first aid or CPR when required. The role also involves inspecting and maintaining pool equipment, keeping the area clean and orderly,



and collaborating with hotel staff to support a safe, welcoming recreational environment for all guests.

Qualifications

- Robust swimming ability and water safety skills, with the capacity to perform rescues confidently.
- Certified lifeguard training and valid CPR/first aid certification from a recognized organization.
- Attention to detail and situational awareness to monitor multiple guests and activities at once.
- Clear, courteous communication skills to explain safety rules and interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, sound decisions in emergency situations.
- Physical fitness sufficient for prolonged standing, rapid movement, and rescue activities.
- Prior experience as a lifeguard or in a similar safety-related role within hospitality or recreation is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
