Role Description The Leisure Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves advising clients on leisure travel options, designing customized itineraries, and coordinating services such as flights, accommodations, tours, and car rentals. The consultant will handle inquiries, provide destination information, prepare quotations, and manage bookings and changes in line with client preferences and budget.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate reservation records, working with travel suppliers, resolving service issues, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end travel experience.



The role also requires promoting company offerings, supporting sustainable travel choices, and collaborating with colleagues to meet sales and service targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Travel Consulting and Leisure Travel skills, including itinerary planning and destination knowledge.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and handle inquiries and issues professionally.
- Candidates should possess Car Rental and Travel Management skills to coordinate ground transport and oversee complete trip logistics.
- Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and familiarity with booking tools or travel reservation systems; prior experience in a travel agency or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in Hyderabad in a quick-paced, customer-focused setting.
