Role Description The Legacy/Solid Waste Management | Site Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based in Indore. The role involves overseeing daily solid waste management operations at designated sites, coordinating waste segregation, collection, storage, and disposal in line with regulatory and company standards.

The Site

Supervisor monitors workforce activities, allocates tasks, ensures adherence to safety procedures, and maintains cleanliness and order across the site. This role includes tracking operational performance, maintaining logs and reports, resolving on-site issues, and communicating with management, clients, and vendors as needed.

Supervisor also supports training of on-site staff,



implements process improvements, and ensures that all waste management activities comply with environmental and local municipal guidelines.

- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team coordination, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills for assessing site conditions, interpreting data, and identifying operational improvements.

- Knowledge of solid waste management processes, environmental and safety regulations, and basic reporting/documentation practices.
- Experience in field operations, infrastructure, or facility/site management, preferably in telecom or utilities sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple priorities, and respond promptly to operational challenges.
- Relevant diploma or degree in environmental science, civil engineering, facility management, or a related field is preferred.
