Role Description The Junior Finance Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves assisting with the preparation and review of financial statements, supporting monthly and quarterly financial reporting, and maintaining accurate records of income, expenses, and other financial data.

The Junior Finance

Executive will help with GST-related documentation and compliance, reconcile accounts, and support budgeting and forecasting activities. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to provide basic financial insights,



ensuring adherence to internal controls, and assisting in preparing reports for management decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Finance and solid Analytical Skills to interpret data and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing and understanding Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST), including basic compliance, documentation, and reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting tools, along with attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team workplace, and a proactive approach to learning.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; prior internship or entry-level experience in finance or accounting is an advantage.
