Role Description The Junior Business Development Executive (Fresher) will work full time on-site at the Bengaluru office with a monthly salary of 20,000. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, supporting lead generation activities, and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients. The executive will assist in presenting Teknowgrade’s learning solutions, follow up on inquiries, schedule meetings or demos, and update CRM or tracking systems.





Daily tasks also include coordinating with internal teams, preparing basic reports on business development activities, and contributing to the achievement of sales and growth targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs and support ongoing relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with clients, present solutions clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of the education, training, or EdTech sector is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Comfort with using computers, online tools, and CRM or spreadsheets for recording and tracking leads.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; motivated fresh graduates from other disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
