Role Description The Jr Content Moderator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for reviewing, screening, and moderating online and internal content to ensure it aligns with company guidelines, legal requirements, and brand standards. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring user-generated content, identifying inappropriate or non-compliant material, tagging and categorizing content accurately, and escalating complex cases to senior team members when needed.

Moderator will collaborate with customer support and immigration consultants to maintain clear, accurate information across platforms and help improve content quality and user experience. The role also involves basic data entry,



documentation, and reporting on moderation activities, along with following established workflows and turnaround times.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong content review and quality control skills, including attention to detail, ability to follow guidelines, and consistency in applying moderation standards.
- Candidates should possess good written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage) to interpret content accurately and document decisions clearly.
- Candidates should possess basic technical and digital skills, such as familiarity with web platforms, social media environments, office productivity tools, and content management systems.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills to identify patterns, assess risks, and decide when to escalate sensitive or complex cases.
- Candidates should possess robust organizational and time-management skills to handle high volumes of content, meet deadlines, and follow structured workflows.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline are preferred; prior experience in content moderation, customer support, or a related field in digital or immigration services is an added advantage.
- Ability to work ethically with sensitive information, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to evolving policies and regulatory requirements in the immigration domain.
