Key Responsibilities:

- Own the IT CMDB strategy design implementation daily operations and adoption
- Act as subject matter expert for
- Configuration Items discovery
- Service mapping
- Hardware Asset management Software Asset Management including lifecycle
- Define maintain and govern relationships between Configuration Items through automated and manual processes
- Ensure completeness integrity and accuracy of CMDB data
- Coordinate CMDB implementation with the ServiceNow platform owner and external vendors
- Manage CMDB integrations with third party tools e
- g
- Intune monitoring solution
- Define KPIs identify gaps and drive continuous improvement actions
- Enable and support other ITSM processes especially Incident and Change Management




- Collaborate with IT Security IT Enterprise Architecture External Service Providers Regional IT Finance and Business Solutions teams
- Drive CMDB adoption internally and externally through communication documentation training procedures and best practices
- Support Incident Management activities when required
