Role Description The Inventor Modeler role is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi. This role involves creating detailed 3D models and technical drawings in Autodesk Inventor for façade and cladding systems, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and alignment with project specifications.

The Inventor

Modeler collaborates closely with design engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams to refine models, resolve design issues, and support efficient production workflows. Daily tasks include updating and maintaining drawing sets, coordinating revisions, preparing documentation for fabrication and installation,



and adhering to internal standards and industry best practices. The role also contributes to continuous improvement by suggesting design optimizations and supporting the integration of digital tools and processes across projects.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Inventor or equivalent 3D CAD software, with experience creating detailed models and fabrication drawings for façades or similar engineered systems.
- Solid understanding of engineering and construction principles, including cladding, structural interfaces, materials, and fixings used in building envelope design.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and translate design intent into precise technical documentation.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with a cooperative mindset and willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and workflows.
- Relevant technical qualification in engineering, architecture, drafting, or a related field; prior experience in façade engineering or building envelopes is an advantage.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and other design collaboration tools is beneficial, as is experience working on large or complex international construction projects.
