We’re Hiring: Manager / Senior Manager – Risk Advisory (BFSI)

[Company Name] is a growing risk and assurance advisory firm that works with leading banks, NBFCs, insurers and financial institutions. We’re looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager to lead client engagements, mentor teams and help grow our BFSI practice.

What you’ll do

- Lead and deliver Internal Audit, Internal Financial Controls (IFC), Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Concurrent Audit engagements for BFSI clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage relationships at CXO, Audit Committee and senior management levels
- Plan engagements, assess risks, design audit programs and review working papers to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Draft and present audit reports, observations and recommendations to clients
- Keep up with RBI, SEBI, IRDAI and other regulatory requirements and apply them in client work
- Lead, mentor and review the work of engagement teams, and support their training and growth
- Contribute to business development through proposals,



client pitches, solution development and identifying opportunities with existing clients
- Support practice growth through thought leadership, methodology improvements and knowledge sharing

What we’re looking for

- Qualified CA or MBA (Finance preferred)
- 7–10 years of experience in risk advisory or consulting, preferably with a Big 4 or reputed consulting firm
- Strong focus on BFSI clients: banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, AMCs or fintechs
- Hands-on experience in Internal Audit, IFC/ICFR, Enterprise Risk Management, TPRM and Concurrent Audit
- Positive working knowledge of the BFSI regulatory landscape
- Excellent communication, report-writing and client presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver on tight timelines

Preferred

- Business development experience: proposals, pitches and client acquisition
- Team handling experience, including leading and reviewing engagement teams
- Certifications such as CIA, CISA or DISA are a plus
