Role Description The International Purchasing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for corporate gifting products. This role includes identifying and evaluating international suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing aligned with company standards. The manager coordinates with production, logistics, and sales teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, support global orders,



and uphold quality and compliance requirements.

Daily responsibilities also involve monitoring market trends, assessing risks, optimizing purchasing processes, and preparing reports to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Purchasing Processes and Purchase Management.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of International Trade and Procurement.
- Candidates should possess well-developed Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization is beneficial.
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement software and proficiency in MS Excel and related tools is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field is desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in international purchasing or export-oriented businesses, especially in corporate gifting or related industries, is an advantage.
