Role Description The International IT Business Manager is a full time hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for bridging business objectives and technology solutions for international clients, including gathering and analyzing requirements, mapping business processes, and translating needs into IT strategies and solution roadmaps. The International IT Business Manager will oversee end-to-end IT initiatives, coordinate with technical and product teams, support proposal creation, and participate in client meetings to present solutions and manage expectations.

Day-to-day activities include conducting business analysis, preparing documentation and reports, monitoring project progress against business KPIs,



and ensuring solutions align with regulatory, security, and compliance standards in multiple markets. The role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvement, driving digital transformation initiatives, and supporting pre-sales and account growth activities.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, assess business performance, and support decision-making.
- Knowledge of information technology domains, including software solutions, cloud platforms, data analytics, and enterprise systems.
- Experience in business process mapping, optimization, and designing workflows that support digital transformation.
- Proficiency in business analysis, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to contribute to IT strategy, roadmapping, and alignment of technology initiatives with business goals.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams, preferably in technology consulting or IT services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with project management practices and tools; certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum, or similar) is a plus.

- Understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance considerations in global technology solutions is beneficial.
