Role Description This is a full-time, Work from home and on-site role based in Bhopal for an Intern Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Website Designer at Growths.in. The intern will support the creative team by designing graphics for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, including logos and brand assets. Daily tasks include editing short-form and long-form videos, creating motion graphics or simple animations, and optimizing visual content for various digital platforms.

The intern will assist in website design layouts, UI elements, and basic content placement, working closely with designers, marketers, and developers to ensure brand consistency. The role involves following design briefs, meeting deadlines,



participating in brainstorming sessions, and staying updated on design and digital trends.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing digital assets.
- Experience or coursework in Logo Design and Branding, including developing cohesive visual identities.
- Understanding of Typography, with the ability to select and use typefaces effectively for digital and print materials.
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., trimming, transitions, audio sync) and familiarity with common editing tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Exposure to website design principles, UI/UX basics, and tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or WordPress is beneficial.
- Proficiency in standard design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) and willingness to learn new tools.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
- Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate in a team environment, and readiness to work in office in Bhopal.
- Relevant academic background or training in Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
