We’re expanding our team and looking for a passionate Interior Designer who brings a perfect balance of creativity, technical accuracy, and client centric vision to join us on-site in Hyderabad!
Key Responsibilities
- Client Journey: Lead onboarding, run in depth discovery sessions, and set clear, realistic expectations.
- Concept to Execution: Develop customized design concepts with detailed cost estimates and ensure technical feasibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, 3D, KWS, and Operations teams for seamless execution on-site.
- Technical Ownership: Take end to end ownership of CAD drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor Junior Designers to foster team growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch) or Degree/Master’s in Interior Design.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential interior design.
- Skills: Strong grasp of residential design principles, ergonomics, hardware, finishes, and material science.
- Tools: High proficiency in CAD and drafting accurate technical drawings.
- Languages: Fluency in English (Telugu or Hindi is a strong plus!).
