Job SummaryEpic Studio is seeking an experienced interior design project manager to plan, manage, and deliver interior projects from initiation through handover. The ideal candidate will oversee project schedules, budgets, site execution, contractor performance, procurement, and quality control while ensuring projects are completed on time and within approved costs.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)1. Project Planning & Scheduling· Develop project execution plans, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.

· Coordinate design approvals, procurement schedules, and site activities.

· Monitor progress against the project program and resolve delays.

- Budget & Cost Management· Prepare and monitor project budgets, estimates, and cost plans.

· Track expenses, variations, purchase orders, and contractor bills.

· Control project costs while maintaining quality standards.

· Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising design intent.

- Site Execution & Coordination· Manage day-to-day site execution and coordinate contractors, supervisors, and vendors.

· Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, ceiling, flooring, and finishing works.

· Resolve site issues, drawing conflicts and execution bottlenecks.

· Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.

- Procurement & Vendor Management· Coordinate material procurement, delivery schedules, and installation.

· Evaluate vendor quotations, contractor capabilities, and work quality.

· Monitor material availability and prevent procurement-related delays.

· Ensure compliance with approved specifications.

Safety & Compliance· Establish quality-check procedures and inspection milestones.

· Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and applicable safety requirements.

· Maintain snag lists and track corrective actions until closure.

· Ensure proper documentation and approvals.

- Client & Stakeholder Management· Conduct progress meetings and communicate project status to clients.

· Manage client expectations, changes, and approvals.

· Coordinate between design teams, site teams, consultants, vendors, and management.

- Project Closure & Handover· Conduct final inspections and ensure snag rectification.

· Coordinate testing, commissioning, cleaning, and handover documentation.

· Obtain client sign-off and review project performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)· On-time project completion.

· Actual cost versus approved budget.

· Quality inspection pass rate and rework costs.

· Procurement and material delivery adherence.

· Site productivity and issue-resolution time.

· Client satisfaction and successful project handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications· Degree or diploma in interior design, civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.

· 6–10 years of experience in interior fit-outs or turnkey interior projects.

· Strong understanding of BOQs, estimates, schedules, contractor billing, and procurement.

· Experience with MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or similar project management tools.

· Robust leadership, negotiation, planning, and communication skills.
