Role Description The Insurance Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role involves advising UHNI and HNI clients on insurance products, assessing risk profiles, and recommending suitable insurance solutions aligned with their overall financial plans.

Responsibilities include conducting insurance needs analysis, coordinating with insurance providers and brokerages, preparing proposals and documentation, and ensuring timely policy issuance and renewals.

The Insurance

Specialist will respond to client inquiries, support claim processes,



maintain accurate records in internal systems, and collaborate with the investment and tax planning teams to deliver integrated wealth solutions. The role requires consistent client interaction, proactive follow-ups, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Insurance products and Risk Analysis, with experience in Insurance Planning.
- Background in Finance or wealth management, with familiarity in investment solutions and financial planning concepts.
- Experience in Insurance Brokerage or working with insurers, including policy placement and claims coordination.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust with clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance or financial planning are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with documentation, compliance requirements, and CRM or portfolio management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performance team environment and maintain confidentiality of client information.
