Qualification: BCA / B.Sc. IT / B. Tech IT / Diploma in IT or equivalent

Experience: 3–6 years in IT administration and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP Business One (SAP B1) user support and coordination with SAP vendors.
- LAN/WAN networking, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and firewall management.




- Server management, data backup, recovery and cybersecurity.
- CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR and surveillance system maintenance.
- Biometric attendance and access control system management, including MyHROne integration.
- Weighbridge networking, software connectivity and SAP integration support.
- Vehicle Tracking System (VTS/GPS) monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Desktop, laptop, printer, software and IT asset management.
- Vendor coordination, AMC management and resolution of IT-related issues.

Required Skills: Hands-on troubleshooting, network security, Windows Server, IT infrastructure management and coordination with different departments.
