Nipro India Healthcare is seeking an experienced and organized IT Manager to oversee and optimize our company's day to day technological operations.

Job involves management of IT infrastructure, implement security protocols, lead major technical projects, and provide leadership to our support team to ensure day to day business continuity and efficiency.

IT manager will play crucial role in ensuring that day to day IT operations of Group companies of India RHQ. This role will also coordinate with other departments for IT related activities.

Location- Pune ( Hybrid Working)

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Infrastructure Management: Oversee servers, networks, cloud platforms, SAP support and hardware/software deployments to guarantee smooth operations. The role is accountable to ensure that day to day IT issues are resolved as per need and guidelines.
- Team Management Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train IT staff while managing daily task assignments and performance.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce data security policies, manage access controls, and maintain disaster recovery and backup plans.
- Project Management: Coordinate end-to-end technology projects, system upgrades, and migrations within established timelines and budgets. Also the person should have basic working knowledge of key concepts like SDLC, DevOps, Inter technology interfaces etc
- Budget & Vendor Management: Handle annual IT budgets, evaluate cost-effectiveness, Due diligence of various technical aspects and manage vendor service level agreements (SLAs).
- Technical Support: Oversee tiered help desk operations (1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support) to resolve issues swiftly and minimize downtime.

Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a other field.




- Experience: 12+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a in supervisory role. Should have handled day to day IT Operations in GCCs (Global Capability Centres/Manufacturing Set Ups in the previous experience. Hands on working IT experience in Manufacturing companies/set ups is mandatory for this role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of networks (LAN/WAN), operating systems, IT hardware, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), virtualization (VMware), and cybersecurity practices, IT Service Management etc. Experience in IT application Management like (ERP-SAP) will be an added advantage
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Positive English communication skills & Good in stakeholder & conflict management (from Business as well Technical side). The person should be ready travel occasionally to manufacturing sites, other Nipro offices in India as per business needs.
- Certifications (Preferred): Good to be Certified in ITIL, ITSM, PMP/Prince2, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified Professional. (Its not Mandatory)
