Role Description The Plant Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR activities at the Raipur manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes managing recruitment and onboarding for plant roles, coordinating workforce planning, and supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives. The manager will administer HR processes such as attendance and leave management, payroll inputs, performance management cycles, and training and development programs for plant staff.

Additional responsibilities include handling employee relations, resolving workplace issues, maintaining HR documentation and HRIS data, and ensuring compliance with labor laws,



health and safety standards, and company HR procedures. The role also involves collaborating closely with plant leadership to support organizational culture, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in plant HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Experience managing performance reviews, training coordination, and employee development initiatives.
- Strong capabilities in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement activities in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in HR administration, HRIS usage, payroll inputs, attendance and leave management, and documentation.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and workplace health and safety practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist in a plant or manufacturing setting is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Raipur and supporting a agile, production-oriented workplace.
