Role Description The Hybrid Inverter & Solar Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Yamunanagar. This role involves configuring, installing, and commissioning hybrid inverters and solar battery systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety. The specialist will diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform routine maintenance, and support after-sales service for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Daily tasks include system design support, load analysis, and coordination with the engineering, production, and sales teams to deliver tailored energy solutions. The role also requires preparing technical documentation, training internal teams and channel partners, and staying current on industry standards, regulations, and emerging solar technologies.

Qualifications :





- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, hybrid inverters, and lithium-ion ESS design, installation, and operation.
- Hands-on experience with system commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for solar and inverter systems.
- Understanding of electrical fundamentals, power electronics, wiring practices, safety standards, and relevant codes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, single-line diagrams, and system schematics.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and monitoring software for solar and battery systems.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting customers and partners.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, including preparing reports, manuals, and service records.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
- Prior experience in solar, inverter, or energy storage industry is highly preferred.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous learning in clean energy technologies.

Requirements:

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of inverter technology, hybrid inverters, solar systems, and power electronics.
- Experience with battery integration and energy storage solutions will be an added advantage.
