Job Purpose

Generate and convert leads by understanding clients’ immigration needs, recommending suitable visa services, conducting timely follow-ups, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other approved channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable immigration services.
- Promote PR, job seeker, digital nomad, dependent, and visit visa services.
- Explain service packages, fees, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with leads, address objections, and close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up schedules, and sales updates.
- Coordinate with documentation and visa-processing teams during client onboarding.




- Build strong client relationships and communicate transparently without guaranteeing visa outcomes.

Required Skills

- Demonstrated communication, sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Robust client-handling and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented, organised, and self-motivated approach.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to learn immigration services and visa requirements.

Performance Indicators

- Lead engagement and conversion rates.
- Monthly sales closures and revenue generated.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- CRM accuracy and customer satisfaction.
