Role Description The Human Resources Executive will support and manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, documentation, attendance, and HR records management.

Responsibilities include administering HR policies, supporting performance management processes, coordinating training and development initiatives, and assisting with recruitment activities in collaboration with hiring managers. The role also involves handling employee relations matters, supporting engagement initiatives,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, working closely with leadership and team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles and HR Management, with experience supporting core HR functions.
- Proficiency in HR Operations, including Recruitment ,onboarding, documentation, HRIS usage, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and foster employee engagement.
- Knowledge of HR Policies, compliance requirements, and best practices in a corporate or IT services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in an IT or technology services company, preferably in an on-site HR role, is an advantage.
