Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, source quality candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and databases.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and monitor their performance.




- Prepare recruitment reports and track shortlisted, rejected, on-hold, selected, and joined candidates.
- Ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.
- Support employer branding and other HR initiatives as required.

- Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment for automotive, retail, sales, technical, corporate, or multi-location businesses is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools.
- Target-driven approach and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
