Role Description This is a full time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Surat. The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers.

Responsibilities include drafting job postings, maintaining applicant tracking records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role also involves collaborating with department leads to understand staffing needs, supporting onboarding activities, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. The HR Recruiter will regularly update recruitment reports, adhere to company policies and applicable labor regulations, and support continuous improvement of hiring processes.

- Candidates should possess strong talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management, such as partnering with hiring managers, understanding role requirements,



and communicating recruitment progress.
- Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining recruitment databases, managing schedules, and preparing reports.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates professionally and represent the organization effectively.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with HR practices and basic labor regulations, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; prior recruiting or HR experience in education or services is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with common office and HR tools (e.g., spreadsheets, applicant tracking systems, video conferencing platforms).
- Candidates should possess a proactive, detail-oriented work style and the ability to work on-site in Surat on a full-time schedule.
