Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR & HR Analytics + AI Trainer who can design and deliver practical training programs covering core HR, People Analytics, HR dashboards and the application of AI tools in modern HR functions.

The ideal candidate should be able to explain concepts simply, conduct live demonstrations, create practical assignments and guide learners through real-world HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver live training sessions on core HR and HR operations.
- Train students in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
- Teach HR Analytics / People Analytics using real-world HR datasets.
- Train learners on Advanced Excel for HR.
- Teach Power BI and HR dashboard creation.
- Explain HR metrics, KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct practical projects on recruitment, attrition, performance and workforce analytics.
- Train learners on AI tools for HR, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other relevant tools.
- Demonstrate AI applications in:
- creation
- Resume screening
- Candidate sourcing
- Interview preparation
- HR documentation
- Employee communication
- Performance management
- HR reporting and analytics
- Recruitment automation
- Teach prompt engineering specifically for HR use cases.
- Create practical assignments, case studies, quizzes and projects.
- Conduct mock interviews and career-oriented sessions where required.
- Mentor students during their capstone projects.




- Keep course content updated with current HR technology, analytics and AI trends.
- Collaborate with the Recruitez Academy team to continuously improve course content.

- Experience working with real HR datasets and business cases

Compensation

₹20,000–₹50,000 per month depending on experience, expertise and engagement model.

Freelance/hourly trainers may also be considered.
