Role Description The Hospital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning and executing hospital marketing initiatives, including developing marketing plans, coordinating campaigns, and supporting brand-building activities for healthcare clients. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing patient and community needs, managing promotional activities, and collaborating with hospital management and clinical teams to align marketing strategies with service offerings.

Executive will also support sales and referral development, prepare marketing materials and reports, and ensure consistent, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective hospital marketing strategies.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze healthcare markets, patient demographics, and competitive positioning.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to create clear messaging, engage stakeholders, and support patient-focused outreach.
- Candidates should possess Sales and relationship-building skills to support hospital growth, referrals, and partnership development.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in hospital or healthcare marketing, with understanding of healthcare services, patient experience, and regulatory sensitivity.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, basic data analysis, and presentation software is beneficial.
