Role Description The Hotel Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Devikulam, responsible for overseeing day-to-day hotel operations and ensuring smooth functioning across departments. This role includes managing front office activities, housekeeping, and food and beverage coordination, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.

Manager will monitor guest feedback, resolve issues, and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role involves supervising and training staff, managing schedules, coordinating with vendors,



and supporting budget and cost-control efforts to optimize operational efficiency. The manager will also ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations and support the development of standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills, including coordination of Front Office, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and support services.
- Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction with a focus on service quality and guest experience.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with guests, staff, and external partners.
- Experience in Training team members, coaching staff performance, and supporting a collaborative work environment.
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management, ideally in a similar property or location.
- Ability to work on-site in Devikulam and manage flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Solid problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management.
