Vibly is seeking a 2–4 person team of founders to join our AI-Native hiring platform. We are looking for a group that already trusts one another and possesses complementary skills.

The Problem

Hiring is broken. And AI is making it worse.

A decade ago, applying for a job required effort. Candidates researched companies, tailored their resumes, and selectively applied to opportunities.

Today, AI can generate hundreds of personalized applications in minutes. Soon, AI agents will apply to thousands of jobs without human intervention.

For candidates, the cost of applying is approaching zero. For employers, the cost of identifying genuine talent is increasing.

This creates a fundamental economic problem: the incentives of candidates, employers, and hiring platforms are no longer aligned.

Candidates optimize for more applications. Platforms optimize for more activity. Employers deploy increasingly sophisticated filters to manage the noise.

And the genuinely qualified candidate gets lost in the process.





We've created an arms race where AI-generated resumes are evaluated by AI-powered screening tools, while both sides become increasingly disconnected from what matters: competence, intent, and trust.

This isn't a filtering problem. It's a marketplace problem.

Our Thesis

We believe the next generation of hiring platforms will not win by processing more applications faster.

They will win by fundamentally changing the economics of hiring.

What if the market rewarded genuine competence over polished credentials? What if intent mattered more than application volume? What if employers spent their time speaking with the right candidates instead of filtering out the wrong ones?

And what if AI could restore trust to hiring rather than accelerate its breakdown?

These are not incremental improvements to an existing job board. They require questioning the first principles on which the entire hiring industry operates.
