Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible HVAC Technician to install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, chillers, and cooling towers. The candidate should have practical knowledge of HVAC maintenance, fault diagnosis, and preventive maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment and systems.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of AHU (Air Handling Units), FCU (Fan Coil Units), VRF systems, chillers, and cooling towers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related faults.
- Monitor system performance, temperature, pressure, and cooling efficiency.
- Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, filters, valves, and other HVAC components.
- Carry out routine servicing,



cleaning, and replacement of defective parts.
- Maintain maintenance records and report technical issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and equipment operating standards.
- Coordinate with the facility management and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted HVAC operations.

Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of HVAC equipment and refrigeration systems.
- Understanding of VRF systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and cooling towers.
- Basic knowledge of electrical controls, wiring diagrams, and fault finding.
- Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work according to assigned shifts and schedules.

Eligibility Criteria
- ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred, particularly in VRF and chiller systems.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply if they completed their ITI/Diploma in 2024 or earlier, subject to the role's technical requirements.
- Candidates with hands-on HVAC maintenance experience will be preferred.

Salary & Advantages
