We are Hiring: IT Executive (Desktop Support)

Location: Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh (In office)

Experience: 1–2 Years

We are actively looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive / Desktop Support Engineer to manage our on-site IT operations at Anantapur.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems, peripherals (printers, scanners), and enterprise software.
- Perform OS deployments (Windows 10/11), routine system patching, and software upgrades.
- Handle first-level network troubleshooting (LAN cabling, Wi-Fi connectivity, basic switch ports, IP configuration).
- Manage hardware inventory, asset tracking, and coordinate with vendors for RMA or hardware replacements.
- Log, prioritize, and resolve user support tickets within defined SLAs.

Requirements:




- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in IT Desktop Support or Field Engineering.
- Strong diagnostic skills across Windows client environments, system hardware, and basic enterprise networking (DNS, DHCP, LAN).
- Solid communication skills and an ability to handle end-user support professionally.
- Must be locally based in/around Anantapur or ready to relocate immediately.
