We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and caring Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day hostel operations, ensure student safety and well-being, maintain discipline, and provide a safe and supportive residential environment for students.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily hostel activities and ensure student safety and security.
- Maintain discipline and ensure students follow hostel rules and routines.
- Monitor student attendance, daily schedules, hygiene, and overall well-being.
- Coordinate with school management, teachers, parents, and support staff.
- Address students' concerns and handle routine issues appropriately.
- Monitor hostel cleanliness, food arrangements, and maintenance.
- Maintain hostel registers, attendance records, and incident reports.
- Respond responsibly to emergencies and report concerns to the school management.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in hostel management, preferably in a reputed school or residential institution.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Caring attitude, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility towards student safety.

Salary & Perks ? Salary: ₹20,000–₹26,000 per month (as per experience & interview)
