Role Description The Hiring Placement Manager, Quality Manager, Sales Executive role is a full-time on-site position based in Dehradun.

The Hiring Placement

Manager is responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment and placement activities, building talent pipelines, engaging with academic and corporate partners, and ensuring timely onboarding and candidate experience.

The Quality

Manager oversees process quality, monitors service delivery standards, implements quality frameworks, conducts audits, and collaborates with teams to drive continuous improvement in training, staffing, and project execution.

The Sales





Executive manages lead generation, client outreach, and relationship building, presents service offerings, prepares proposals, negotiates terms, and works to achieve revenue and growth targets across CertED’s service portfolio. All three functions collaborate closely to align talent, quality, and business objectives, maintain solid stakeholder relationships, and support the company’s mission of “Search | Connect | Engage.”

Qualifications

- Talent acquisition and placement skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and campus or institutional engagement.
- Quality management skills, such as process documentation, quality audits, performance tracking, and continuous improvement methods.
- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively across hiring, quality, and sales functions, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools and familiarity with CRM or HR systems; exposure to IT or training services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, HR, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in recruitment, quality, or sales is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Dehradun and willingness to engage with local institutions and corporate clients.
