Role Description The Head of Production at HPIPL is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production activities for advanced parking systems. This role includes planning and scheduling production, coordinating resources, and ensuring that manufacturing targets are met in line with quality, safety, and compliance standards. The Head of Production will manage and mentor production teams, optimize workflows, and collaborate closely with design, engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve monitoring production performance, implementing process improvements,



managing budgets and cost controls, and resolving operational issues to maintain efficiency and reliability. The role also requires contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting innovation in production methods, and ensuring alignment with HPIPL’s sustainability and quality objectives.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Production Planning and Production Management to oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and execution of manufacturing activities.
- Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and Budgeting to control costs, optimize processes, and maintain efficient use of materials and equipment.
- Proven Team Management capabilities to lead, motivate, and develop production staff, while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing or engineering environments, preferably in infrastructure, automation, or mechanical systems.
- Solid understanding of quality assurance, safety standards, and compliance practices within a production setup.
- Ability to analyze production data, implement process improvements, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving on the shop floor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects and familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
