Role Description The Head of Product at HPIPL is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for leading the end-to-end product vision, roadmap, and execution for smart parking solutions. This role involves defining product strategy aligned with business goals, collaborating with engineering, sales, and operations teams, and overseeing the lifecycle of hardware and software-based parking systems. The Head of Product will conduct market and customer research, translate insights into product requirements, and prioritize features that enhance efficiency, safety, and user experience.





Day-to-day responsibilities include managing product backlogs, reviewing performance metrics, guiding product launches, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and sustainability goals. The role also includes mentoring product teams, coordinating with leadership on strategic initiatives, and representing the product function in key stakeholder discussions.

Qualifications

- Strong product strategy and product management skills, with experience leading complex, technology-enabled products from concept to launch.
- Robust analytical skills and market research capabilities to interpret data, understand customer needs, and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Experience in infrastructure, mobility, smart city solutions, or related technology domains; exposure to hardware–software integrated products is an advantage.
- Proven leadership experience managing product teams and driving alignment across engineering, operations, and sales.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Product Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida and engaging directly with manufacturing, installation, and customer service teams.
- Ability to balance innovation, cost-efficiency, quality, and sustainability in product decisions.
