Role Description The Head of International Business is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for driving global growth and expanding Miracle Group’s presence in international markets. This role oversees development and execution of international sales and market entry strategies, identifies new business opportunities, and builds strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing international key accounts, leading contract negotiations, monitoring market trends, and aligning product offerings to regional requirements.

The position also involves coordinating with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery, competitive pricing, and compliance with international standards and regulations.



The Head of International Business leads and mentors a team, prepares performance reports, and represents the company at global trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in international business development, export management, or global sales, preferably within packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
- Solid skills in market research, competitive analysis, and international strategy planning to identify and prioritize target regions and customers.
- Demonstrated ability in client relationship management, contract negotiation, and key account management with global stakeholders.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, documentation, logistics, and compliance requirements, including INCOTERMS and export processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams, with a collaborative and inclusive management style.
- Strong commercial acumen, forecasting and budgeting skills, and the ability to meet revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed to meet clients, attend exhibitions, and support market expansion initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the packaging industry and global brand requirements is highly desirable.
