Role Description This is a full time, on-site Guest Relations Executive role based in Gurugram.

The Guest Relations

Executive will greet and welcome guests, manage inquiries, and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience from arrival to departure. Daily responsibilities include handling reservations and walk-ins, coordinating table allocations with the service team, and responding promptly to guest feedback or concerns. The role involves maintaining a professional reception area, supporting basic cashier or billing processes as required, and collaborating with the restaurant team to promote specials, events, and upselling opportunities.

Executive will also maintain accurate guest records and follow company standards for hygiene, safety, and service quality.

Qualifications

- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal interaction and professional telephone etiquette.
- Experience with Receptionist Duties such as greeting guests, managing reservations, and handling front-desk operations.
- Basic Sales skills, including upselling menu items and promoting offers in a courteous, guest-focused manner.
- Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or front office roles preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, in rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a courteous, calm demeanor in busy environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education or certifications are an advantage.
