Role Description The Graphic Designer – The Creative Graphic Designer at Crafting Memories, Goa will be responsible for creating high-quality visual designs for weddings, events, client requirements, and the company’s brand communication.

The role requires creativity, attention to detail, timely execution, and the ability to understand the design language of luxury weddings, events, social media content, Crafting Memories, and Storm7.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Concepts & Décor Support
2. Develop mood boards, colour palettes, theme concepts, décor presentations, and layout references aligned with the aesthetic of Crafting Memories and Storm7.
3. Client & Event Artworks
4. Design invitations, wedding stationery, menus, welcome boards, signage, table cards, backdrops, dancefloors, DJ consoles, and other event creatives.
5. Brand & Social Media Creatives
6. Create Instagram posts, stories, reel covers, carousels, promotional artworks, testimonials, and marketing collaterals for both brands.
7. Project Creative Management
8. Handle creative requirements for confirmed weddings and events, meeting deadlines and preparing accurate files for client approval, printing, and production.
9. Vendor & Production Coordination

Coordinate artwork dimensions, materials, print specifications, production timelines, and delivery requirements with vendors and the internal team.
11. Production Inventory
12. Maintain an updated inventory of company-owned décor props, signage, reusable creative assets, and production materials.
13. On-Site Support
14. Assist with décor execution, stationery placement, signage checks, and creative supervision during events, as required.
15. Creative Ideas & Software Skills
16. Contribute event branding ideas, couple hashtags, theme names, and content concepts. Be proficient in Canva Pro and Photoshop, with Illustrator knowledge preferred, and be open to learning AI and other design tools.

Work Expectations The Graphic Designer is expected to:

1. Complete all assigned designs within the given timeline.
2. Take feedback positively and make required changes without delay.
3. Maintain proper folders for all editable files and final artworks.
4. Share designs in the correct format required for print, social media, or client approval.
5. Ensure spelling, dates, names, timings, and event details are checked before sharing any artwork.
6. Coordinate with the team for design briefs and understand requirements clearly before starting work.
7. Maintain the visual quality and luxury aesthetic expected by Crafting Memories and Storm7.
8. Be available during office hours for revisions, urgent edits, and team coordination.
9. Keep all client and company information confidential.
10. Ensure that no company design files, templates, client data, or artwork concepts are shared outside the company.
11. Support the team with decor plans, creative direction, and client presentation designs.
12. Assist with in office wedding and decor execution as and when required.
13. Maintain the company production inventory list properly and keep it updated.
